Where the numbers come from and what shapes them.

Data sources

• NSE Kenya — prices and corporate announcements from the Nairobi Securities Exchange; financial statements from company investor-relations filings.
• US and global markets — market data via third-party providers including Yahoo Finance and TradingView.
• Crypto — CoinGecko.
• News — aggregated public headlines, attributed to their publisher.

Each figure in the research output carries its own source and reporting period. Where the platform derives a number rather than reading it, that is labelled as derived.

Coverage limits

• Not every listed company has complete filings in the store. Coverage is shown per company rather than assumed.
• Some filings are published as scanned images and cannot currently be parsed. Those companies show reduced coverage rather than estimated figures.
• Suspended or delisted securities are marked as such; their last known price is not a live quote.

Advertising and independence

Where advertising or partner placements appear they are labelled. Research output — scores, ratings and agent findings — is generated from filings and market data, and is not influenced by advertisers or partners.

Track record

The platform publishes its own accuracy record, including the calls that went wrong. See the track record section on the main platform.
